Shipping Questions
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States and Australia.
All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri). Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 5–8 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.
In most cases, customers can expect their order to arrive within approximately 6–11 business days.
Do you ship to countries outside the US?
Yes! At the moment, we ship within the US and Australia.
However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping availability to additional countries in the future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order in real-time using our Track Your Order page.
Please note: it may take up to 1-3 business days for tracking information to become available after placing an order.
Returns and Refund Questions
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it as long as the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please note that customised or hygiene-related items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
How and when will I get my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email whether your item is eligible for a refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered our automated fulfilment process.

How long does it take to get a response from customer support?
We usually respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days.
If you contact us over the weekend or during holidays, please allow a little extra time. Messages will be answered as soon as we’re back during business hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
All payments are securely processed through our encrypted checkout system.
