Please note: For change-of-mind returns, customers may be required to return the item to our international warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

1. Return Conditions

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise stated in this policy.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Hygiene-related items
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components

3. Return Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Please do not return products without prior approval.
  • Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items and providing a valid tracking number.
  • All approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

5. Recommended Shipping Carriers

We recommend using a reliable tracked shipping service such as DHL, UPS or FedEx. Everhikes is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking confirmation.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.

7. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

7.1 Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Please contact us ideally within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Include your order number and clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7.2 Incorrect Product Received

  • If you received the wrong item, contact us ideally within 10 business days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7.3 Order Not Received

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Approval

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

8.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout unless agreed otherwise.

8.3 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

8.4 Refund Amount

Refunds cover the purchase price of the returned product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if fulfilment has not yet started.

  • Please do not use the sender address on the parcel as the return address.
  • Returns sent without approval may be refused.
  • Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
  • Returns requested after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.
